open new ai file in CS6

Hi Guys

I have downloaded a vector file from Adobe Stock and it will not open on my Illustrator CS6.

I only use Illustrator once in a blue moon as my sign software generally manages to open everything.

Is there a way of getting an older version of the download so it will open?

You could try opening in Acrobat then saving as an eps, but you might loose a lot of editing functionality... depends how complicated the art is...
