Open Type not showing up in Character Tab options

I am using Illustrator CC 2018 and cannot find my Open Type features anywhere.  I saw an article from Adobe saying that they should appear in the options menu in the Character tab, but I am not seeing anything.  Can someone tell me where I can find them?

    Windows > Type > Open Type
