Options not available in print dialogue box

All the options in the print dialogue box are greyed out. I can't change the number of copies, the media size, scaling or the printer profile etc. I just can't work out why. What is going on????

Without any info about your document and the printer's defaults we can't really tell you much. This typically happens when the settings used by the printer and the document don't match, usualyl when the document is way, way too big so the printer's internal scaling functions can't accommodate it.
