Outline fill issue in Adobe Illustrator 29.1

Whenever I try to color the outline, it will take it as a fill color. It doesn't color the outline. This is such a simple basic thing, I don't know if anybody else is facing similar isssue?

I use Mac Sequoia 15.1.1 & Illustrator is 29.1. The problem seems to have been fixed. I'm able to change the color of the ouline easily now. Thanks.

I am experiencing the same issue. When selecting either the stroke or the fill colour from the properties pannel it will change whichever is currently selected as the focus regardless of which one is clicked. This is very frustrating as I then need to undo, hit X to change the focus colour, and then redo the colour change. I am hoping this bug gets fixed quickly as it impacts my workflow.
