Outline Stroke Missing

Am I missing something??  When i goto convert a stoke typically I go to PATH, OBJECT > PATH > OUTLINE STROKE however my Outline Stroke is missing. Did it get moved somewhere else? Is this a glitch/bug? anyone else missing this? All I see now is Join, Open, Close, & Reverse Paths where did Outline Stroke go? I have the most updated version as of a day ago.

I figured it out, I was in illistator and apperently copied & pasied into inDesign, I had to go back to my orignal file to fix what I needed to.

The Path menu and options that you are describing are what you see in InDesign. Are you sure that you are working with Illustrator? If you are in Illustrator please post what version of Illustrator and what operating system that you are using.
