Ouverture d'un document Illustrator

Je viens d'installer Illustrator (sur mac Book) et lorsque je veux ouvrir un document illustrator, rien n'apparait.

Try creating a new user on the mac and installing to that.(I'm not on a Mac but I've seen this solution to a variety of mac issues posted here).

We are sorry for the trouble. In addition to the steps suggested above, Would you mind trying clearing the font cache & validating them in case of the local file is not opening? In the case of Cloud Document, you may try downloading it to the desktop from the Creative Cloud assets website (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents).

If nothing helps, then please confirm the exact version of Illustrator & macOS along with the location where the files are stored (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?
