Hello @thierry_9797,

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have multiple versions of Illustrator installed on your computer? If yes, try removing the other versions to see if it helps. Also, try changing the file association for the .AI filetype (Windows / macOS) to the release version of Illustrator and share your observations.
