Overprint preview

Hello everyone!

Every time I open a document Illustrator by default open it with overprint preview enable.

This is very frustrating because this setting get the mac really slow..

I've tryied to see the Illustrator settings but there is nothing about it.

Does anyone can help me?

None of the default profiles have Overprint Preview on -- do you use your own document profile or have you edited an existing one?

You have probably set it up in your New document profile. You need to turn that off.
