Pantone Connect not loading

Hi,

I am trying to use the Pantone Connect extension in Illustrator but it will not load. I use it on a daily basis and have never had this issue.

I have already restarted my computer, updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried to access it in my web brower and it still will not load.

Is anyone else currently having this issue? Any ideas how to get it to load?

I have contacted Adobe and they said there is no fix at the moment and recommended going back to Illustrator 2025 version until they release the next update in a few weeks time where they have hopefully fixed this issue.

Pantone Connect is working for me in Illustrator 2025, however, it's disappointing that it doesn't work in the updated version.
