Question

paragraph alignment marks to the left or right

In the paragraph window, I don't see the paragraph alignment marks to the left or right. I checked the forums and this is a known problem for the Middle East version. I chose the language of English, supporting Hebrew, I changed everything necessary and still can't put punctuation marks in the right place. It makes me very sad. what can we do?

Is that MENA? I heard about it in other forums and I didn't understand where it was and from where. thank you for the quick reply.
