Parts of 3d vector blurry after rendering

I inflated the green text and turned on ray tracing to high, rendered, expanded appearance to remove the wiry lines and my object looks blurred in some spaces. How can I resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind checking if the exported file also has the same problem? If yes, kindly confirm the OS/Illustrator version, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), and a public link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. so we can investigate this further.
