Path shows Double

This is a single path. Why does it show double? How to get rid of it?

You're talking about the glitched end cap? Does it change if you zoom in or out? Or if you move the point slightly?

OK I have deleted everything & redone the work.

There is the one on the outside and the one on the inside.

In that case there should be one more layer. This diviation happen without layer?

Why should there be another layer? There are two paths in the layers panel and obviously 2 lines on your artboard. All is fine.
