Paths not where paths are

I've had this bug before in the past but can't remember what the fix is, I will edit the paths but it won't update the actual shape until I move it and undo?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by Ton helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try turning off GPU acceleration, creating a new document, and sharing your observations.

Did you check if it is a GPU preview problem? Cmd (Ctrl) E to switch between GPU and CPU Preview.

    Yeh I thought that might have been the issue too but sadly not. Its only happening every other day now...
