Pattern Fill Tiling Issue

I've created several custom patterns fills that will be printed at large scale for vinyl graphic wall wraps. In Illustrator the artwork is seamless, but one I export it as a jpeg, or import it into Photoshop, a single pixel wide white line shows up where the pattern tile repeats (see attached). This is extremely frustrating. I cannot send to print like this.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?
