Pattern tiles moving

Hi! I'm trying to move an artwork from one page to another, and my pattern tile within the artwork isn't staying in the correct please! I've tried ticking/unticking the 'transform pattern' box, and resetting my settings incase i'd pressed something accidently. It's only recently become an issue, it's never done this before.

Please can anyone offer assitance as it's driving me insane!

Turn On: Transform Both in the Transform Panel

Turn Off: Paste Remembers Layers in the Layers panel

Don't ask me why, but it seems that these 2 options are influencing the position of the pattern when pasting in another different sized document.

Are you sure about option 2, Ton?

As far as I know it does not matter if Paste Remembers Layers is on or off in that case.

It's Transform Both that has to be turned on in both documents (though the question was probably about moving from one artboard to another artboard in one document).

It does not seem to matter in the same document, but it matters with documents of different size or orientation if Paste Remembers Layers is on or off.

Hi Anubhav, It's the 29.1 version of Illustrator on the newest OS for Mac. Please find attached a videa recording of the example. - you can see the lace is not in the same place once its copied onto the new page! Sometimes it moves in the correct space but sometimes it doesnt.

Is "Transform Both" turned on in the Transform panel menu?
