PC version of Illustrator not available in my Creative Cloud

Hello!,

I just got a new laptop and I can´t dowload Illustrator on my PC, I have all the requirements met, -i have the paid version but in Creative Cloud Illustrator appears only available as a tablet app and I can´t download it. And also Indesign doesnt appear in my Creative Cloud. I tried to download both from browser but doesnt work. Can someone help me please? I urgently need those applications.

Would you mind trying to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/4hqqzd4) and use it to install Illustrator and InDesign to see if it helps?

If you're using a Microsoft Copilot+ PC, Illustrator(beta) and InDesign(beta) are available to download and use on your new device (https://adobe.ly/3Q5dxFQ).

Also, try using a different web browser to download your apps and share your observations.
