PDF "Enhance thin lines" setting in illustrator

Is there a way to command Illustrator to save the file where it deactivates/unchecks the receiver's PDF "Enhance thin lines" setting?

    This is a software setting in Acrobat, not something inherent in a PDF file.

      Yeah, unfortunately. I wish there was a PDF setting for this where you could tag a PDF so that Acrobat didn't do this.
