pdf file changes scale when open in illustrator

Hello, has anyone had this problem? I finalize files for printing and I'm saving one in one size, I save the file as a pdf in the latest version, and I make sure to keep the option “Honor Scale on PDF Import”, but when my client opens the pdf in his illustrator the file changes the size, becoming small. The same happens with eps. Does anyone know what it could be?

They need a version that supports large canvas documents and also there is an option in the preferences that needs to be turned on ""Honor scale on PDF import"

So you have created a Large Canvas document?

Which application is your client using to view the file?

Yes, for exempla this file was 150''x50''. They use adobe illustrator to view the files, but i'm not sure if is an older version. Mine is 2022.
