PDF file dimensions reducing once uploaded to printers website

I created artwork on an 84" x 84" artboard then selected Save As... to create a PDF using the Press settings. I then uploaded the file to my printers website. Once there the dimensions show 35" x 35". Any reason what would causde this? Thanks.

Did you already ask the printer?

What kind of interface is that?
