pdf font change

I accidently saved the font change on a pdf, can this be reverted back to orig.

So when I open a pdf with this particlular unavalable font AI changes it automaticly

Not really. Overwriting the PDF has completely changed the file structure and whatever was triggering the font substitution is now gone.
