PDF Transparency Not Showing Up Correctly in Acrobat

I am trying to save a PDF with transparent shapes.

I can't get the colors in this pattern to show up correctly in Acrobat. What is weird is that I have different colors with this same effect. It is only the blue pattern that isn't showing up correctly.

All of the colors are CMYK, all color profiles/outputs/conversions are CMYK, the colors in "Overprint Preview" in Illustrator are showing correctly, flatten transparency doesn't change anything, all PDF Acrobat export types (4-7) are producing the same result.

Please, for the love of GOD, can I JUST save a PDF where the colors match what I see in Illustrator?
