Performance Extreme Lag Mac OS, Part 2

Question

I can't do anything on Illustrator. It's very disappointing. I have a document that's roughly 4mb and I can't move anything without it taking 3 seconds to load. I've been down every single rabbit hole there is for an entire month and nothing has fixed my issue. I've worked with larger documents than this, but suddenly I've ran into this issue. I've renamed all my files to "old" and that didn't work. I don't have dictation enabled. I used adobe cleaner and uninstalled the files- that didn't work. Why am I paying $50 a month for something I can't use.

My first post was marked as solved and I've yet to get a solution that works. The problem is still persisting. I'd greatly appreciate some help. This project is very important to me and I don't have another month to waste. I'll post a link to the file

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind sharing the link to the file again with the option for Public and Save a Copy enabled in the Link Settings, so we can check it on our end?

Also, kindly try performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and share your observations.
