Performance Issues

Why is it, that even when you have a PC which exceeds the system requirements by far, the Illustrator is still slow and not a pleasure to work with?

The next few updates should not include any new features, but only performance updates.

Hello @kollo77,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing performance issues with Adobe Illustrator, even though your PC exceeds the system requirements. I understand how frustrating this can be.

To help you better, could you provide me with a few more details?

  • How large are the files you're working with? Are they complex and contain multiple layers?

  • Are you running any other programs simultaneously while using Illustrator?

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as clearing the cache or reinstalling Illustrator?

Also, could you please share your PC's specifications, such as the CPU, RAM, and graphics card make & model?

Additionally, what operating system are you using, and which version of Adobe Illustrator are you currently running?

Once I have a better understanding of the situation, I can provide you with more specific suggestions to improve the performance of Illustrator.

Thanks,

Anshul Saini
