perspective grid tool

When I draw an object or shape on the grid it follows the grid, but if I adjust the shape or edit it slightly it goes out of proportion and stops following the grid guides. What should I do?

And also when I put an object on to the grid it doesn't adjust the perspective.

Try it with the Perspective Selection tool instead of the normal Selection tool.
