Pinch Zoom - HP Trackpad

Hi All!

How do you pinch zoom in / zoom out in Illustrator with the trackpad on a 2021 HP Envy? 

 

Upgraded to this HP from a 2015 Macbook with no tablet feature - super excited to draw digitally - but for when im using the keyboard and trackpad, I cant figure out how to pinch zoom for the life of me! Maybe that was just a feature of Mac's awesome trackpads?

Hi there,

 

Thank you for reaching out. You may go to Illustrator preferences > General > Check "Force Enable Pinch-to-zoom on the touchpad. Also, you can use the alt key + pinch in/out on the touchpad. I hope it helps.
