Pixilated PNGs in Ai 2021

I'm getting super frustrated, ever since I updated to the 2021 Ai every single .png file I export comes out pixilated. What gives?? Does anyone have a fix for this, I've tried everything!!! Thanks in advance,

Please tell us exactly what you export exactly how and please show examples.

PNG is a raster format, so zooming in is not possible.
