"Place Copy" an .ai file in the Creative Cloud Library

I have a small logo with its own .ai file in my Creative Cloud library:

Adobe Illustrator > Library Panel > BVC Tools > Type on a Path Widget.ai

From that library, I can select that file, command click the file, and choose "Place copy". Illustrator then loads the artwork in the file into the cursor. I click where I want it placed.

I do this so often, I'd like to automate / script it. I can't quite figure it out. Anyone willing to take a shot at an applescript I can run? Thanks so much!

Download the file to it's own special folder, then record an action placing it.

A little faster: Alt Drag it to your artboard to place a copy.

The library panel and its contents are not "recordable" which is crazy to me.
