Hi, When I dragged in my pic/pdf as placing it in illistator. one of the pics of the document arrived unoutlined. Anyone would know why?

You should be able to File > Open the PDF in Illustrator instead of placing it.

    HI, My issue was when opening the PDF as file open, the PDF was not very clear.
