What had happened to the app that we can't paste to the artboard correctly while we copy form file to file? It ridiculous after the update and it never happen before since i used the app for almost 20 years.

Please tell us the details of what you mean by "that we can't paste to the artboard correctly"?

What exactly is happening? Object not in the correct place? Not pasting at all? No text? different color?

Please tell us which other applications are running, because some of them affect the clipboard.

Are all of the artboards the same size as one another? If not then it might appear that whatever you're pasting is in a different position but is actually sitting on the same X and Y coordinates as on other files. Check the X and Y coordinates in the Transform Panel to be sure.

The rulers are the same (global vs artboard rulers) ?
