Plantage systématique d'Illustrator à l'enregistrement

Bonjour,

Depuis environ 2 semaines, Illustrator plante systématiquement lorsque je veux enregistrer un nouveau fichier. Aucun message d'erreur, l'application ne répond plus. Je dois arrêter la tâche dans le gestionnaire, où l'application tourne en utilisant entre 800 et 1000 Mo de mémoire (45% ). Cela se produit même lorsqu'il s'agit d'un fichier encore vide, juste après la création d'un nouveau fichier (donc pas de problème de police corrompue, ni de taille du fichier...etc), et lorsque rien d'autre n'est ouvert sur l'ordinateur. Il n'y a aucune nouvelle mise à jour à installer, tout est ok de ce point de vue là.

J'arrive cependant à enregistrer sans problème mes modifications sur des fichiers plus anciens déjà créés, sur lesquels j'ai retravaillé.

Je peux également enregistrer mon fichier en .svg, mais pas le réenregistrer ensuite en .ai.

A noter que je travaille sur PC, sous windows 11, et que mon ordi est suffisamment puissant et a été acheté l'année dernière.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution/explication ?

Problem solved by my boyfriend : one of the windows for saving kept opening itself in the background and was then invisible. It was blocking everything !

J'essaie d'enregistrer mes fichiers sur mon ordinateur (et non dans le Cloud), comme d'habitude.

Sorry, I didn't answer about the hardware specifications...

My laptop works with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics - 3,20GHZ and RAM 16Go.

But I doubt it has anything to do with my hardware, as I can work on and save older illustrator files ("older", i.e. created a week before the beginning of the problem) without any problem. I try to save the files in "my documents" on my computer, just like my other files. And it is also impossible to save my new illustrator documents on my USB flash drive for example, whereas I easily could do it before.
