PLEASE HELP! Batch Fill color (1,2,3) change to swatch (a,b,c) identified in CSV spreadsheet

I have 100, 3-color variations I need to apply to a very simple logo. How can I batch process this with the information provided in a CSV file? Lets give the hypothetical swatch naming structure S01, S02, S03, etc... This will apply to selection in spreadsheet and the 3 fills in .Ai file will be F1, F2, F3 (or I can make them Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3)... There has to be a way!
