Sorry, but we can't obtain a license.

You have possibly reached the maximum number of licenses. Please contact your system administrator.
I have paid the Adobe annual fee for one year, but this text is displayed when I use the app. Even though I have confirmed in the login record that only this computer is using my account, and it still shows up after logging in again. This text pops up and cannot be used, I would like to know why. and want to know how to solve this problem

@WAI TUNG_TSUI2510 you are only allowed to install Adobe CC on two computers, but only one computer can be actively using the software at a given time for one license. If you try to use Adobe CC on a second computer while it's already running on another, you'll be prompted to sign out of one of the devices.

You could try to see if there are other users:

1. Click on your profile (top-right hand corner) after logging into your adobe.com
2. Click on 'Manage Account'
3. Under Plans and Payment,  Activated devices (https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices)
3. I only have one device that has Adobe CC installed...if it says on your end 'maximum number of licenses,' it will show you the other devices using your license:

4. You can 'Deactivate' the ones you think that should NOT be using it?

Or, you can look at the Admin Console too
1.  https://adminconsole.adobe.com/

Can you try and reboot the computer?

Sign out of your Adobe ID and then in again?
