PNG Looks weird

I have an issue with PNG files... I don't know how the program interprets the files, or if it's a fault with my video card.
Has anyone had something similar happen to them, could you help me? I don't know if I need to fix something in the Illustrator configuration or if it's time to buy a new card (I hope not)
