PNG picture in Illustrator after save in PDF shows only as a white shape

Hello everyone
I hope you can find a solution to my problem

In the Layout i have a placed PNG picture, and after save in PDF shows only as a white shape

Would you mind confirming the version of Illustrator installed if this happens with all files and screenshots of the layers panel and the PDF settings used so I can better assist you?

Thanks you
I have the latest version, updated.
What I noticed is that this only happens in preview or if you open it via the Web, not through Acrobat.

SOLVED
Just need to ochange Process colour > Solid colour, or delete all Solid colours from Pallete
