PNG settings missing

I'm trying to export my project as a PNG with a transparent background, but the menu that changes export settings doesn't even pop up for me. Is it hidden in a menu somewhere, or is this a really weird glitch?

@Oofy404 you just need to click on that 'Export' button in blue again to get the 'PNG Options'

If you click on Export, the options should appear.
