Ponteiro do mouse fica invisivel ao passar por certas regioes do illustrator

Ao interagir com elementos clicaveis do illustrator o ponteiro some, no menu das ferramentas ele ate aparece, mas na area de trabalho ele fica invisivel!!! ja atulizei drive, ja reinstalei o windows, ja mexi nos registros do windows, ja mexi nas configuracoes a unica coisa que resta e ser um bug do proprio programa, todos os programas da adobe estao assim, os demais programas do pc nao estao, me ajudem a resolver isso preciso trabalhar! Obrigado!

    Conseguiu resolver?? Estou com o exato mesmo problema!!! Fiz de tudo, inclusive baixar versões diferentes do windows 11, mas nada. Inclusive, não é apenas no Illustrator, em alguns jogos também não consigo ver meu mouse

      We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

      If the problem persists, kindly share more details, like the System Info (Help>System Info) from Illustrator, the Microsoft System Information report (https://adobe.ly/3v47gUh) or macOS System Report (https://adobe.ly/4cfobDX), and a screen recording of the problem, so we can investigate this further.
