Podía trabajar con archivos pesados, hacer zoom, mover objetos y todo era muy fluido. Incluso puedo ejecutar juegos exigentes y otros programas pesados como Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, AutoCAD, SketchUp con V-Ray, etc., sin ningún problema.Sin embargo, de un día para otro Illustrator comenzó a comportarse muy mal, sin que yo cambiara el hardware ni hiciera modificaciones importantes al equipo.Los síntomas son:Tarda entre 17 y 20 segundos en abrir. La pantalla de inicio (Home) responde muy lento. Al iniciar el programa todo se siente pesado durante varios segundos. Después mejora un poco, pero ya no tiene la misma fluidez que tenía antes.He probado prácticamente todo:Desinstalar e instalar Illustrator. Instalar la versión LTS 29.8.9. Restablecer preferencias. Actualizar los drivers NVIDIA Studio. Reiniciar Windows. Cerrar todos los programas en segundo plano. Dejar únicamente Illustrator abierto.Nada ha solucionado el problema.Lo que más me desconcierta es que todo el resto del computador funciona perfectamente. Juegos de alto rendimiento, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, AutoCAD, SketchUp y el resto de Adobe funcionan como siempre. I think the start up time is about normal but it is system dependent.

For your computer, the RAM is low for they type of programs you are running. I would check to see if it can be upgraded. You didn’t mention the size of the SSD (total capacity and free space).

To clarify, I meant for a laptop the start up time was normal. My i9, 64GB RAM, 2 TB laptop took about 30 seconds from a reboot. It took about 20 seconds after that.

My tower, i9-13900K, 128 GB RAM, 2 TB m.2 SSD, RTX 4080 (16GB), started in 10 seconds (not from restart).

You said that you had reset your Illustrator preferences. If you did that using a key command or other automatic method it might be a good idea to manually rest them. This will restore the program to its defaults and, hopefully, wipe out any program-wide corruption.

To manually reset preferences on Windows:

The preference files are hidden. To find them go to the Control Panel and open Folder Options and then click the View tab. Then select “Show hidden files and folders” or “Show hidden files, folders or drive options” in Advanced Settings. Then delete (or rename) the folder at the end of this path: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator [version number]\ Settings\<Language>. Make sure that Illustrator is closed when you do this. When you relaunch the program it will create new preference files and the program will be at its default settings.

The advantage of manually deleting preference files in this manner is that after you’ve reset up the program (make sure that no document window is open) to your liking, you can create copies of your personalized “mint” preference files (make sure that you quit the program before copying them—that finalizes your customization) and use them in the future to replace any corrupt versions you may need to delete.
