Possible to change a colour in a library and have it updated in multiple files automatically?

I have created a library with multiple colours. Is it possible to use those colours in various files and if the colour is changed in the library then that colour will be updated in mulitple files that use it?

No, that's not possible. It's possible fo artworks that you place as objects from the library, but not for the color alone.
