Hello!

I am going to make a poster with the size A2 - 300 dpi. I ´d like use the portrait picture as a background.

The picture has dimensions: 3319x4979px. If I make larger a little bit this picture, would be look good after printing?

Thank you.

You'd end up with a 200 ppi image with those pixel dimensions at A2 size. Whether that's fine or not depends on your use case. Realistically, it would be more than acceptable for most applications.

Thank you. Should I use also print/trim marks? Some printing studios don´t need it. So I am not sure. What would you advise me?

I would advise you to ask the printer what they need from you.
