Hello Is there a tool or plugin to rotate a polygon path by typing in the values without changing the lengths of its adjacent paths? Thank you.

Is there a way to always use 0 degrees as the horizontal for the :Shear tool's tilt value? Regardless of the path's tilt before using the command?

another way...but perhaps not what you need

1. deselect the path

2. click on a Segment with the Direct Selection Tool (White Arrow)

3. now select the Rotation Tool (R) and Alt/Option + Click on one of the Segment's Anchors

4. a Rotation Dialog should pop out, enter the Rotation Angle

5 press OK
