Preserving the new scale of inserted image png while saving the file in scg format

Hi, after this weekend I have problem. I insert image to illustrator then I embed it so it is not linked but the part of svg and I scaled it. Then while saving svg format I use image location as Embed. When I open this svg file I find out my image is in its original size so it did not save my new scale. Please can you help me?

Would you mind sharing more details, like the OS/Illustrator version, screenshots of the settings used and the problem, and a link to sample AI and SVG files after uploading them to a file-sharing service, so I can check it on my end?
