Preventing Illustrator select tool from rotating and round corners

Does anyone know of a setting where I can prevent Illustrator from automatically selecting Rotate Transform and Round Corners as the first option in views >50%?
I want to grab an object with the selection tool and move it somewhere else, but these pseudo-intelligent features make it impossible to do so because something always gets in the way. Either it starts rotating or it starts rounding corners. But simply moving an object from one place to another where I can see the entire workspace is currently almost impossible.

press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + B to hide the Bounding Box. If you feel you need the bounding box after you're done, bring it back, same key sequence.

Hello @defaultromjngsf81tf,

I understand how annoying that situation can be. Could you please verify your Illustrator and operating system version? Additionally, providing a brief screen recording that demonstrates the entire workflow would assist me in investigating the issue further.

Looking forward to hearing back.
