Print Color Management

When I attempt to print I get a message to say Illustration can't print. Color Management settings are inconsistent. However the same file will print in illustrator on a different computer,. The colors are all set to RGB

Hi, The problem has just been fixed by a fantastic support person (MD) who
accessed my computer remotely.

What are your color management settings when compared to the computer that can print?

Hi, I have checked all of the settings and they are identical. Ihave just re-installed illustrator after doing a hard reset on this computer
