Print Colors Inconsistent

Hi there, I'm having problems with my colours and images dulling down when I'm trying to print. I've had to printer tech guy come out to calibrate the printer and he is baffled. I think my photoshop and illustrator is conflicting with colour settings? I have tried to create a new document with the photos in and tried again but I keep getting a message about previously being saved as CMYK. My photos in the images should be white but turning yellowish when printed. It's really driving me crazy. We got a new office printer and I've previously updated both photoshop and illustrator. any help would be muchly appreciated. thanks 🙂 [renamed by mod]

Hello @default4cgjq7yxet43,

We understand technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to export from Illustrator/Photoshop as a JPEG and then printing using a different application to check if it helps? Also, kindly share sample files after uploading them to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc., screenshots of the warning message and photos of the printout so we can check it on our end.
