Printer Color Profile Being Removed on Illustrator startup

Hey All,

I am having a very strange issue.  I have tested this process several times and I am able to repeat it every time.  Whether my PC has been running or if it's coming up off of a fresh restart:

1. Start PC (Windows 11 PC, All ADobe apps on latest version)

2. View printer configuration (Brother LaserJet) and all color profiles are there

3. Open Illustrator and attempt to print - only the Gray and Monochrome profiles are available

4. Go into device settings again to view printer configuration and all color profiles are gone.

As weird as it is, opening Adobe Illustrator removes the color printing profile from my PC.

Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know what the fix is?
