Printing Contrasts in Illustrator

I've recently moved product area and now design almost exclusively on paper product, I would like to understand if there are any inbuilt settings on either Illustrator or InDesign that would allow me to check colour contrast of my designs before they go to print e.g yellow on a cream base often is hard to see but some levels are ok but I would like to know this before I hit print!

Would really appreciate any tips on how to do this.  I've been using a site called Coolors to determine whether the contrast is high enough between text and background however it would be really great if there was something easier.
