Printing with Adobe Illustrator after OS Ventura...

Just to give a little insight into what we do and the issue we've had since we updated too Sonoma.  I own and run a fine art printing shop.  Been printing off Adobe programs since we started this in 2009 (and been using Adobe programs since the mid 1990's).  Over the years I've dealt with issues printing off of Adobe programs but always found a work around or the underline issue.

My current issue since I updated from Sonoma and now Seqouia, is printing presets.  They no longer save the way they use too.  Say I have a new file that has to be printed and I have a preset saved for a job we've worked with in the past, I would just apply that preset and not have to add all the details for said printing within the Print Settings box.  I thought Seqouia wouldve maybe come with an update with Adobe programs, but it's showing the same issue I've dealt with for almost two years.

This isn't just one printer either it's all seven printers we have running in out shop.  This happens in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.

I can add screen shots of what I'm talking about if that helps as well.  This isn't a MAC or printer issue (Epson, Toshiba, etc).

Also, does anyone have the details to send these "developers" suggestion on the programs?
