problem at the beginning

Hi guys, I hope someone can help me! My illustrator does not start, a black screen appears and does not exit. I restarted the program, the computer, the creative cloud, updated the operating system and the illustrator itself, made dozens of key combinations (example command + tab + option) and nothing works! I've already contacted Apple service, but they blamed adobe, and adobe doesn't have direct service with the company's support. I really need someone to help me, because this problem is making my studies difficult. Help me!!!
