Problem transferring design to another file

I am working on an annual report in A4 size, and when I transfer the design of the single page to another file in A3 size to put every two pages next to each other, I find that the texts in the design have moved from their places randomly.

• [ If I apply the create outline command to the texts, the problem does not occur, but I do not want that because I need to edit them in that file later. ]

Is there a solution to the problem, please, because it is very urgent?
