problem when viewing layer!! HELP

When opening a new file in Illustrator the view of the layers does not appear, everything is transparent and only the tools appear, and when you click to preview the layer and view again the screen is completely white but does not show the illustration. My notebook is the Acer Aspire VX 15, has an Intel Core i5-7300HQ processor, the graphics card is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 4 GB DDR5.

And you are sure that there is something in the file?

 

The preview is just an embedded raster image and does not necessarily reflect the file content.

 

If youcreate a new file and the Place this EPS, do you then get the content?

Hi Paloma,

Can you check your layers panel by pressing the key 'f7', go through the layers and check for the objects and if you can find them on the layers it will be some where on the artboard.
